• Daily Fresh Meal Production: This service is ideal for programs where meals are produced in a central kitchen as individual portions or as steam table pans.  We have the capability of delivering hot prepared meals along with cold components to multiple dining sites while guaranteeing safe temperatures.
• Frozen/Retherm Production: When making daily deliveries becomes cost prohibitive, our Sun Meadow frozen meal options enable nutrition programs a greater ability in reducing costs but not the number of clients served.  We can assist programs in the conversion of their current kitchens to accommodate an approach that best suits their abilities.  This includes the development of menu cycles, in-service and on-site staff training, equipment maintenance and repair and other individual needs.
