Our delicious frozen “Sandwich Café Line” offers five easy, quick and versatile meals.  Each meal is individually wrapped containing a sandwich, juice, fruit, dessert, and condiments. Two of our sandwich meals now include soup which makes them a perfect addition to any menu line-up.  Just add an 8 ounce portion of low fat milk and each meal meets or exceeds both the RDA and the DRI nutritional standards.  These meals are ideal for:
  • those special outings where limited facilities restrict food storage and preparation
  • serving large groups with ease and speed
  • supplementing home delivered hot programs with a second meal
  • adding variety to traditional congregate meal programs
SK6 Chicken Cordon Bleu and Tomato Soup Our most popular chicken breast patty placed on our specially made Whole grain wheat bun topped with a slice of Swiss. Served with Orange juice, Sun Meadow’s Applesauce, mayonnaise and a Peanut Butter cookie. Plus a serving of our rich and tasty tomato soup. **
SK7 Club Sandwich Deli slices of Turkey Ham, Turkey Breast meat and American cheese on two slices of our enriched Whole grain, whole wheat bread. Served with Sun Meadow’s mixed fruit cup, Orange Juice our ever popular fig bar and mayonnaise. **
SK10 Turkey Ham and Cheese Sandwich on Whole Wheat with Sun Meadow’s Vegetable Barley Soup... Slices of turkey ham and cheese on our specially made and enriched whole grain, wheat hamburger bun along with a generous serving of our hearty and flavorful vegetable barley soup. Served with a mixed berry cup, mustard, apple juice and graham crackers. **
SK11 Sliced Turkey Sandwich on Whole Grain Wheat Bun... Deli style turkey breast meat sliced placed on our specially made, specially enriched whole grain wheat bun. Each meal includes pineapple in fruit juice, whole grain wheat crackers with cheese, blended 100% fruit juice and mayonnaise.  **
