2-Day Total Meal Systems™

Each meal consists of a delicious entree, two vegetables, bread and margarine, and a fruit or dessert. Our meals are low in sodium, fat, cholesterol, and sugar. We offer meals that are heart-healthy and diabetic-friendly. We also have renal, pureed, vegetarian, and kosher options.

The 2-Day TMS meals are prepared by our culinary team in a USDA-inspected and approved facility. All of our meals are made with the finest ingredients – Grade A meats and produce picked at the peak of freshness for optimal senior nutrition!
