I started here as a Temp employee for a specific detail, and from Day 1 I was treated no different than I am today as a Regular Employee. The Care Center Employees are always there to help with ANYTHING I need assistance with…from clients telephone numbers and correct addresses to just an encouraging word that you sometimes need as an FSR employee trying to find your way.

The Management Team has also been there to guide me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!! My immediate supervisor encourages me on a daily basis and always lets me know that she appreciates my efforts and they do not go unnoticed. I also receive emails as well as telephone calls for a job well done from My Supervisor’s Superior and that’s special because TO ME , those encouraging words…. spoken or typed… are much better than any incentive.

My fellow FSR’s are my motivation, as I try to be theirs. We communicate and share information with each other that may help with something throughout our day or in the future.

OVERALL, What I Love About Our One Team Is The Way We ALL Work TOGETHER EVERYDAY TO GET THE JOB DONE!!
